I'm attending an 80's costume party in a week, and I'm contemplating costumes.
I can do the early Madonna's look. Either the black Madonna, with a black tank with black miniskirt, leggings, clunky jewelry, jeans jacket and Chuck Taylors, or the naughty schoolgirl look, with a white blouse open over white tank, short plaid skirt, white leggings, vintage boots, cross jewelry.
Or I can do Molly Ringwald. Soft fabrics. Fedora. Glasses. Soft auburn bob. Or maybe white dress shirt with tie and boxy suit coat over it, with vintage boots, softer (though still big) jewelry (it was the 80's, after all).
What do you think? Madonna or Molly? |
