WOW,,,,lots to tell but wont tell it all,but what i say is just my way of copeing with the day I am an honest and sincere middle aged man,i try to stay aware of the importance of thinking and living a healthy life style.I really love and am very thankful for my family,i have quiet a few friends, some are what i call really good friends they are the ones that you know when you let it all out that what i say will not be repeated by the very next day,a really good friend will respect and treasure you and your identity and keep a secret until the end,and that is the type of friend i try to be for anyone, to value their feelings that come from the heart,so i guess you could say i do not kiss and tell, but i am one that you can depend on in time of need to lend a hand or offer advice or a shoulder to cry on if that is your need.I really love children and animals i have 2 boys that are grown and gone and 1 little dog that i treasure dearly, her name is cassie lynn,,a peek-a-poo,and my very best friend:-)I now desire a very best friend to be my mate until the end!
