I say what's on my mind. Sometimes it's a philosophical revelation, others times it's not what you want to hear. I'm a hopeless romantic, I fall in love with those who enchant me, and sometimes those who just pass me by. I have too many thoughts for my own good, thoughts which fascinate me, and thoughts which torture me. I think I'm better than most people, which is mostly true, but makes others view me as arrogant. I don't make mistakes, I just make decisions. I crave knowledge, and despise ignorance. I don't know why I'm here, and this frightens me. I enjoy being challenged, physically and mentally. If you have something intelligent to say, then you are my friend.

Objectivism holds that reality exists independent of consciousness, that man has direct contact with reality through sense perception, that one can attain objective knowledge from perception through the process of concept formation and inductive and deductive logic, that the proper moral purpose of one's life is the pursuit of one's own happiness or rational self-interest, that the only social system consistent with this morality is full respect for individual rights, embodied in pure laissez faire capitalism, and that the role of art in human life is to transform man's widest metaphysical ideas, by selective reproduction of reality, into a physical form—a work of art—that he can comprehend and to which he can respond emotionally.
