I am 27 years old and the mother of 3. Two boys and a girl. My children are my entire life. I am also a foster parent to two children, although we are currently waiting on placements. My husband of 5 years is the most supportive understanding man I have ever met. I am very close to my family and to my sister in law. Having that family support is very important to me. I couldn't raise my kids as succesfully as I do along with the foster kids without that support. Raising foster kids is very fullfilling to me. I love bringing kids into my house that need a little bit of understanding and a lot of love to blossom and grow. Letting them go isn't to rough on me as long as they are going where they belong. I love seeing things work out well for them. I went to the adoption of one last week and visitied with one returned to his mom over christmas. They are both thriving and it is awesome to see. I love being able to stay in contact with my former placements and it breaks my heart when a placement doesn't work out. And they don't always work out. My one regret in life is not finishing college. I really hope that some day soon I can get my degree finished and continue pursuing my dream of becoming a special ed teacher speacializing in Autism.
