As I sit here and watch tv and pick any magazine the running theme hits me over and over, woman are suppose to be slim, trim, and perfect . not only do most images display women as sexual objects; but also women are suppose to obtain a goal that is not possible. what the hell is society teaching our children. plastic surgery has become a means to clone oneself into the perfect image. Young gurls are are getting plastic surgery at 14 and 16 years old for what? Just because they want to look like barbie.... commerical after commerical promise to have products that will keep our youthful look. We nip, tuck, and go under the knife, starve our selves hoping for what? Again, What is a Woman's Worth? Appearance cannot be the one means to define a woman. But yet, Men admitt it the first thing you want to see when you talk to a female is a picture. Imagine would u ever talk to a female for a long period of time if u did not first know what she looked like. A Woman's Worth is not her appearance, not piece of ass, not her body parts , not her money , her car, her house. But yet, a woman's worth is: her love, her smile, her children, her loyality, her freindship, her ability to stand on her own 2 feet, her ability to create change, her ability to bring a child in the world, her personality, her ability to be self efficient, her abilitiy to choose, her ability to bring happiness and joy, her ability to educate herself, her support of her man.
