Monte is the greatest tattoo artist I have come across and a super nice guy.....We finish my arm on the 24th of May, and then knock out my ribs the next two months.(please and I hope) There just might be a reason he graces the pages of all the Ink Magazine's every month....... He just got a 14 page layout, I think it may be the largest layout I have seen so far.
