I was born in 1985, the year of the ox, in Portland, Oregon. I'm a sagittarius. I'm outgoing and can be outspoken. I get along with almost everybody I meet. I'm very progressive in thought and feel it's important enough to mention. I'm openminded and like to have deep decussions so I can learn from others. By nature I'm against all forms of warfare and real violence. By real violence I mean murder not fighting or violence in movie and games. I like the outdoors. I like animals and plants. I like to hike and read. I love thinking and being a dreamer. I like to stay informed as much as I can about current affairs and politics. I also like sports and talking and just kickin' it. There's more to me then can be written. If you have any questions just ask me.

Here are some of my favorite quotes and proverbs.

"We have nothing to fear but fear itself and those who would exploit our fears for power and their own personal, selfish, cynical gains."
-Franklin D. Roosevelt

"There is no such thing as was- only is. If was existed, there would be no need for greif and sorrow."
-William Faulkner

"Never has there been a good war or a bad peace"
-Benjamin Franklin

"Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
-Benjamin Franklin

"In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."
-Martin Luther King Jr.

"If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter."
-George Washington

"Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated."
-Coretta Scott King

"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."
-Albert Einstein

"A man who views the world the same at fifty as he did at twenty has wasted thirty years of his life."
-Muhammad Ali

"Rivers, ponds, lakes and streams — they all have different names, but they all contain water. Just as religions do — they all contain truths."
-Muhammad Ali

Life without a friend is death without a witness.
-Spanish Proverb

He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.
-Chinese proverb

What a caterpiller calls the end of life a wise man calls a butterfly.
-Ancient Chinese Proverb

It is an equal failing to trust everybody, and to trust nobody.
-English Proverb (18th century)

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.
-Greek Proverb

It is better to conceal one's knowledge than to reveal one's ignorance.
-Spanish Proverb

A bad cause requires many words.
-German Proverb

A little too late, is much too late.
-German Proverb

Dumbest quote I've ever heard.
"I have opinions of my own -strong opinions- but I don't always agree with them."
-George Bush

The following are from Mahatma Gandhi.

"God is conscience. He is even the atheism of the atheist."

"To a true artist only that face is beautiful which, quite apart from its exterior, shines with the truth within the soul."

"Blaming the wolf would not help the sheep much. The sheep must learn not to fall into the clutches of the wolf."

"Nonviolence is the summit of bravery."

"Nonviolence is not a weapon of the weak. It is a weapon of the strongest and the bravest."

"Nonviolence does not signify that man must not fight against the enemy, and by enemy is meant the evil which men do, not the human beings themselves."

"Jesus was the most active resister known perhaps to history. His was nonviolence par excellence"

"It is a first class human tragedy that people of the earth who claim to believe in the message of Jesus, whom they describe as the Prince of Peace, show little of that belief in actual practice."

"Civil disobedience is the inherent right of a citizen."
