I've lived in Southern Colorado for the last 3 years of my life after being born and raised near the ocean close to L.A. out in California. Yes, it was a bit of a culture shock, but I simply adore it here. Things are a little slower paced (albeit there are a few times not in ways I would like), less traffic, less crime, less stress. But I am a girl for wide open spaces and having the change of seasons (perhaps a white Christmas or the orange & gold leaves of fall or the wildflowers blowing in a rolling meadow) is something I adore.I work in an office right now as a means to pay bills. I have a really quirky personality, and love to chat, and am capable of displaying a hopeless romanticism at times. I am sometimes a bit girlie. However, I am far from your average female too in most cases. I like to enjoy nature, and get in touch with myself, live life while having tons of adventures. I want to venture and explore, be all of who I am. Seeing the world and accomplishing all that life has to offer me desperately intrigues me and it's those types of people that intice me.It's all about living in the moment. I don't want to be the person who is going to look back in ten years at what I'm doing now and see that all I have to show is going to work day in and day out. I want to know I lived and had fun and made the most out of my time. Plus, I never ever want to lose my childhood innocence or determination. One thing you'll notice is that I am fiercely devoted and loyal, maybe what you would call "motherly protective" of my friends. They make me smile and are the best. I enjoy little every day things, like a kind word, a mug of beer with a bud, the stars on the horizon, or the clouds changing color with the sunset, or simply a CD of music two people enjoy. I also adore the idea of lying in bed for a day, watching movies (preferably the classic movies or ones that make me think) and snuggling, having Chinese food ordered in, a good fun day just laughing away to my heart's content. Yet, I also enjoy a good night out on the town too from time to time. Just laughter in general is what appeals to me - LIFE!
