i'm a very verbal person... i write, and i love what i do.i swear without abandon.i don't accept intangibles that are set in front of me, so to say, and am always looking for ways to make myself and the things in my life better.i'm obsessed with anything artistic, though i have talent that's limited, and have major respect for anyone that can come up with something of their own and stand up to criticism.i'm kind of a walking contradiction. i like meeting new people, but i hate A LOT of the people in this world.i'm bisexual, but i rarely let people know for any of a few reasons. a. i'm pretty picky about guys and girls (i simply have more unique tastes that not a lot of people are attuned to), and not apt to turn people down, so i just play the nonsexual card most of the time. b. it's become so "cool" to be bi, that i'm afraid of being accused as a trend follower. c. even though it's become "uncool" to be homophobic, i still know a lot of people that look down upon it, and while i realize that losing their respect would probably be a good thing, sometimes you just gotta take whatever you can get.

Music
ugh, my musical tastes go on forever. i pride myself on having a really diverse and marginally obscure taste in music. i've probably at least heard of most bands thrown at me, and i bank a great deal of respect in people that can tell me about good music that i've yet to hear of.
favourite genres are as follows:
~horror rock
~gothabilly
~dark cabaret
~goth/goth rock/ alt. goth
~hardcore punk rock
~techno/trance/rave/house/drum and bass/jungle
~electronica/industrial
then there's always the odd genre that requires an elipses [...] for justification. there's the classical, the opera, the ska, the japanese goth, etc. i don't really know why i like some of that shit either, i just do.
so, yeah, music is pretty much my life. not to be cliche or anything.
maybe i'll ascribe a full list of musicians that meet my seal of approval sometime that i'm not so lazy.
Movies
AAHHH
old-ass, cheesy horror movies. particularily the ones in black and white, ones that aren't scary at all, or ones that play upon the psyche.
recently, films made to make you think, make you uncomfortable in your own skin, or question something around you.
indie movies.
Idols
idols?
well, mostly innovative people: authors, artists, philosophizers, etc.
~ayn rand
~edward gorey
~edgar allan poe
~glenn danzig (hahah)
~amanda palmer
~amy lee (amazing, inspirational talent)
~charles manson (to a limit, i respect his charisma, uniqueness and think it's cool that he had an ability to take advantage of people that thought they had a good handle on themselves.)
