I still love to get drunk and get loud but all my rowdy friends have settled down. I've grown up alot in the past few years I am a lot more humble and soft spoken than I used to be. But cornbread and iced tea haven't taken place of pills and 90 proof. A little about me just isnt enough. Im a true original. I've always been a rather large fellow. I bought a house for the first time back in January of '06. I've had it two years now and haven't done a damn thing to it. Nothing fancy but its mine. I have a '75 Cadillac Coupe Deville that I would love to finally start restoring, an '86 Savage which is my first bike after years of wanting one. I dont go out near as much as I used to. I just dont know any body who wants to go anymore. Im the only one of my old friends who isn't married with children yet I was the first one to coach a little league team. It was a great experience coaching them lil bastards. I would gladly do it again in a heartbeat. Even though they don't listen and more than half the time you just wanna choke the life out of em it's a rewarding experience. This year I've decided to take a break from coaching their baseball team and go ahead and move over to coaching thier football team. Which is of course as you all know my area of expertise. I love my family and friends and would do anything for them. My sister has two boys and a girl and the two boys look up to me for some strange reason. I dont understand it at all but I try my best to be a good example for them. I try to teach them the things that I wish I had known when I was younger. I've just recently decided that even though I don't have much it's time to give back so I've been volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. I enjoy sitting down and reading a good book. Books by John Saul, Stephen King and Dean Koontz and John Grisham are must reads. I even enjoy reading books that you had to read in school like, A Tale of Two Cities or Moby Dick. I just understand them better know. Maybe it is life experiences that help you identify better with the characters. Books will always trump the movie version. Figures on a screen will never compare to your own imagination. Dont get me wrong I love movies. It doesnt matter what kind of movie either. I like anything from old classics to cheesy comedies. My favorite of all time has been and always will be "The Princess Bride". Music is about the same. I like just about anything. If you can't find it in my collection it doesn't exist.
