I'm a husband who's lonely and my wife doesn't mind (apparently) some friendly live in or hang out helper chick to be mine. I spend almost all my time alone while watching and raising kids. I write a lot and make music. I'm a very gentle person who avoids conflicts, eats vegan only (although if you want to go do your thing wherever, that's fine.), loves to talk to my animals buddies all over the yard. I have a small garden that my family likes to tend to and we harvest stuff. I ramble and like snuggling and nibbling.

Interests
I read books, program and play old-school video games, make music with keyboard and guitar, write poetry, lot's of hobbies to spread thin, and I like to think a LOT.
Music
I write my own music and play keyboard and guitar. I've played for over twenty years. I listen to MAB and other fast guitarists, although my style is clunkier and slower, It's what I like. I like Malmsteen, classical music played on electric guitar, Apocalyptica (cello metal), 8-bit songs, Melodious work like 'The Proclaimers' or 'The Dead Milkmen', Les Paul and Mary Fords work. I like classical music and listen to records and cassettes as well as CD's or online music.
Movies
I like movies from the seventies, eighties, and nineties more than modern green-screen fortified, recycled crap that regurgitates and destroys old canon like it's some rich guys job to piss on things you love. I like Aliens, Terminator, Robocop, Predator, Prometheus and that they are all the same universe. I like Arnold movies. I love inaccurate historical embellishment flicks that answer for all manor of hokey unknowns or just pervert any obvious or commonly held historical accuracy. I also like most of the work of Oliver Stone. Kubrick comes to mind. I love movies and usually find something positive about much of what I see. Not long ago I developed a playful policy of refusing any movie with a gun on the cover. Now I pick movies that I like from the past and watch them in black and white to add some newness. It really brings out details and feels great with much of the color work from modern media.

Video Games
I program Atari VCS, Atari 7800, Sega Genesis, and old school computer games. I've published one homebrew Atari game called Titan Axe. I play most systems up unto the Wii or 360. I don't really like most of the newer systems as much as the older ones. I also build custom made arcade cabinets that house old school systems and wire real arcade controls to the old systems for stand up play on CRT televisions. There is a lot of gaming going on at any time in my house, although I have been working with music and writing primarily as of late. One of my latest cabinet projects is a 'Just Another Pandoras Box 3' stand up that will incorporate a smaller, single-slot coin changer for tokens. I have my own arcade.
