A bit about me…I’m a wife and mother to 2 amazing girls. Their dad was a narcissistic sociopath who abused us mentally, emotionally, and eventually physically. After needing to leave the state to get away from him I left my teenage girls in the care of my parents and started over to get my head right, because I could not be a good parent to them without fixing myself. Several years and a whole lot of therapy and healing later, I’m comfortable in my own skin and my girls and I have the best relationship we’ve ever had. Still working on myself and I’m not perfect, but I strive to be the best person I can be every day, and a little bit better than the day before.

I post things related to my situation because I know other people have been through it. If I can inspire one person to realize they can do it, I’ve done what I’m supposed to do.
