I love almost all music. I especially love southern music. Yes there is a difference. Listen to any of Otis Reddings songs, sit back and close your eyes. You will hear it and before long you will feel it. Many people think the deep south is about hatred and whatnot, but its not. At least it never has been for me. Its about the feeling you get when you surrender to her. Sit on the beach, listen to good music and close your eyes. The South is like a good woman. She will sneak into your bones and fill your soul. In love thats the mistake I have made over and over again. Next time I fall in love it will be with a southern girl. Someone who can see my many scars and heal them with the slightest touch or whisper. I regret deeply that it took me so long to realize it.
