First of all let me take a min to thank all my wonedrful friendz n family here on Fubar for all the love, support, prayerz,advice, and ideas during this past one the most horrible and challenging weeks of my life..Your the best and when I need a hug u were there..whenI needed space u allowed me that and when I needed to vent omg ty for that...For those of you whom don't know whats happeing..My son has joint custudy of my 3 yo grandson Zack..with numerous orders on the custdy agreement..Well hiz so called mother has been in contempt of thses for the last year and there has been numerous complaints as well as Zack being taken from her and put into my sons tempory full custudy..She is living with a crackdealer, abuser kipnapper and the list goes on..and for some strange unknown reason she continues to get away with all this..this fooktard ahs also abused Zack yet all this continues..Most recently the took Zack and her other 2 children and ran to supposedly Texas..Now I tell you this right here and now!! Im so appauled at the System I dont know where to start..We have been preety much working on this since Last Sunday eve non stop..With authorities and other agencis here in Maine to Texas!! I have never ever in my life seen such a horrid system where th guilty are protected and the innocnet are left out there to fend on thier own even at 3 years old..Where is the justice in this? we cant put out an Amber Alert as we think they are in Texas so hes not really missing according to my local finest..oh ya my favorite one is..Its A Civil Suit? Excuse me? ewtf hes missing out there with crackdeaer, abuser etc this is a civil suit? WTF..Nope Texas wont go with us to get him if in fact hes there and we go as they or mom hasnt done anything in Texas? Can u beleive this chit??? aAnd if no physical address we cant serve her? omfg..and my poor lil man is out tehre and wondering wtf too im sure..I found out she applied for help thru DHHS of Texas ..Was denied as she wouldnt give her last addy here in Me..but tehy refuse to give me her addy there for confidential reasons and the same ehre when she was to my son?? now how is that confietial if my son has joint custdy and rights etc all plainly spelled out in the custudy agreement? My detective freind in Canada has done more g=for me then my own country state,,Something is wrong with this picture dont you think? We send a amn ..men woman wghatevva to the moon..millions to fight the war and 3rd world countries and we dont take care of our own? You can get pro-bono lawyers for all kinds of charges yet noone will take child custdy cases? OMG! I have cried pleaded begged threatened to no or very little avail...!!When I say im going to the media they pasify me with let me see waht I can do and get back at ya..Well guess what IM DONE!! and after we here from the judge today on the modification of the custudy agreement Im goin PUBLIC to any news media I can..Because my lil man needs protection and to be brought home SAFE..So in cosing if anyone sees my lil man his out there with his 2 siblings (not ours) mom and bf we dont know waht kind of vehicle..just know they can be anywhere at this point from Maine to Humble Texas to possibly Potsdam Ny his pic on my pro plz contact me and mostly say a prayer for LITTLE ZACK'S SAFE RETURN TO OR LOVING ARMS!!ty all and God Bless!!
