Just when you get all caught up in the items in your life and the holiday season something happens that makes you step back and wonder what the hell? I am talking about a good friend, neighbor and the guy who was always willing to help and bring a smile when doing it.
Steven Paling Jr. 34 of Roseville past away in his sleep 12/16/2008. He lived two doors down from me and we were close enough that if either of us were away for the weekend the other had and eye out for the others house and well-being. Steve will be missed a great deal by my family and myself. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Keri and his son of 2 yrs Jonah as well as his close and extended family.
I ask that everyone just pause a minute and reflect back at how lucky we are to be here today. I know I will always remember the big smile and larger than life man I am proud to say I knew and had as a friend. Steven you are missed and knowing the man you were I know you are in a good place. God Bless you and your family in this time of sadness.
