I feel her near me every minute of the day,
Yet she is miles away.
I smell her passionate fragrance riding on the wind,
I see her face, in the face of others.
Even though I have never met her,
I can feel her hand gently touching me,
But that can’t be, no one is there.
I can hear her voice call my name,
But there is only silence.
I want to feel something in my heart,
But it’s been broken far to long.
