Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with the casual use of the term "I love you"? Its as common on Fu as a top ranked female showing her T & A for Bling  hehehe ...
It seems that when I'm starting a new relationship the guys I get involved with want to profess their love for me way too soon for my liking. Sometimes it's as soon as a week after we've been dating. I take using the phrase "I love you" quite seriously & I'm not inclined to do so just because someone says it to me. I find that I can not respond in kind and won't say something that I don't feel.
Is it that guys fall in love more quickly or could it be they are confusing lust with love. For me love takes time to evolve and then mature. Throwing the words "I love you" around makes me question a guy's sincerity.
So this leads me to ask all of you what your feelings are on this .... is it "Love at 1st site " or is it " I simply Lust You " ? Feel free to add your thoughts but in doing so please know I will dismiss , ignore and delete any & all moronic responses so don't get butt hurt or take it personal ... |
