I have a pic that says "If you don't support Autism get the hell off my page" and I had it in my default album. Well someone went and reported it as NSFW and it got flagged. I had to move it to another album and mark it NSFW. Seriously, what the hell??? I don't expect everyone to support Autism, it's just something that's important to me because my sister's 2 daughters are Autistic. If you don't support Autism that's fine, but having the pic flagged as NSFW is kind of like saying fuck Autism.
I'm sorry but I find it childish if someone considers that pic to be offensive. Autism Awareness is a big issue and supporting it is a great cause. It's something we really need to find a cure for.
