| So I walked in to work to day and got fired. The reason is because I supposively said I was going to stab a fellow employees fiancee. BUT! I never said that and would never had said that. Is it legal for a company to terminate someone because a person SAID an employee said something? I know ohio is an atwill state but is it still legal for a company to do that? Just because that employee had been working there for 2 years and i've been there 3 months they automaticaly take his side?....Keep in mind I am the ONLY person there that consistantly met their sales goal and I even was at 109% for this month while every one else was only at 30-40% So I was a good employee and there was no other reason to terminate me |
