Wishing
Sitting here waiting,
for time to pass by.
Wishing for the hours to pass me by.
Sitting here being so bored today.
Wishing that today would leave my side.
Sitting here wishing if my work was already
done.
Sitting here wishing for no more complaints.
Sitting here, sitting here, wishing for all
the wrong things.
Not thinking my life is passing me by.
Now, I am sitting here, breathing so faint.
Wishing that I had a second chance to relive.
But there is no now, yesterday, or even a
tommorrow.
But I still, with my eyes closed.
Wish for what might have been.
If I just didn't wish my life away.
