Ya know Im not sure whats more tragic; that Whitney Houston died or that there are still soldiers dying for freedom and acts against terrorism. And whats really TRAGIC is that the soldiers are not heard about on radios, tv's and such as Whitney's death. Yes, she is an entertainer and it was sad how she died but put it into perspective: where would we be if no one committed the supreme sacrifice as our nation's soldier.
It is the fight that the military goes through that should be front page news and all over tv. It may have been going on for awhile but so what? The last time I heard, WW2 was front page news almost every day. It amazes me how far we've come from honoring those who have given so much and put on a pedestal people who sing, dance, and "act" like a soldier in movies and tv.
