When you are the Boss...and
A) 1st shift is pretty well covered so you can get paperwork done
B} 2nd isnt covered as well but you will not get Administrative work done by covering it.
C) Covered but can move people from 3rd to 2nd shift..not deal with anyone and get All work done completed and run things smoother.but all your nighttime is taken away now....
