so we've decided that next year we're not going to renew our lease on our apartment, but since we don't quite have enough money to buy a house yet, we're looking around in the meantime. Out of the options that we've seen so far, which one sounds like it would be the better one?
A. 3 bed/2 bath townhouse with 24 hr maintenance but not sure if there's gonna be a washer/dryer available
or
B. rental house |
