| I'm in this love triangle. Im at the age where a woman wants to start thinking about settling down, retiring. Being single, well sort of, I have been thinking I don't want to grow old alone. When I was 28 I met this 44yr old man, he turned out to be my first love, The relationship was all I had ever wanted and then some. We were compatible in all ways possible. Joe was amazing he worked and still works so hard, he'd come home after a 12hr day and take care of our three kids, his daughter(who calls me mom) and my two boys, my nephew and my only child Andrew. He cooked he cleaned I took over his role of being mom now he could be just the dad. After several years of bliss a dark cloud that had been looming over our relationship was here to stay. Joe and my son had a very...non existent relationship. I was not okay with this I finally told him either he go out of our way to have some kind of friendship with my son or we are done. That was 4th of July 2005. He rebounded and got married. He and maintained about 70% of our relationship I, now being the other woman was free to do what I pleased so I started hanging out at different places of my interest to maybe meet someone. Alex came into my life on November 13, 2014 we got along well we have so much in common, we agree on a lot of life's issues and we are extremely attracted to each other we got hot and heavy too quickly and decided becausevwe wouldn't lose each other we would slow way down. Then Alex and I had. Long talk We decided we wanted to be together & began dating exclusively I finally giving Joe the unltimatum either leave his wife or I'm going to explore life with Alex, I broke my phone which made it impossible to communicate with Joe, I figured it was a sign that Alex would be my partner for life, we discussed marriage and we share our beliefs in marriage religion etc. I finally get my replacement phone and get a photo text from Joe. It was a picture of signed divorce papers notorized and everything...what do I do? |
