I couldn't see a problem ,
'till you came by yesterday,
And I can't tell you how it hurts ,
to look at you that way.
You came to me , with opal eyes,
the starlight , at your feet.
The signs tell of a meeting
with the chemist , in the street.
What will you tell yourself,
if we never see the signs ?
