So here is my question. When someone has 11's on and it helps both parties no doubt. But if you have something in your status like giving out bling or something specific and after you rate the entire profile they all of a sudden change the status message to say something different. Should you just block that person and remove them from your list if they don't pony up to what they promised? I don't mind rating someone, but don't make a promise you won't keep is my motto! If it is random say random, but if they started rating you before you changed your status are they somewhat obligated and if they don't do as they say I will just never rate them and block them and make sure I tell all of FU that they are liars so they also know not to rate that person. What do you think?
