============ ========= ====== What’s In Between The Asking & Receiving Sandwich? The “How”! ============ ========= ====== There are many people sharing the keys to manifesting, conscious creation, expansion, or the science of happiness. It goes by many names. I call it Manifesting Dynamic Health because health happens on more levels than the physical. The Divine wants us to be healthy and have our hearts desires. In response to so many sweet beings Asking how to manifest them, teachers, helpers, avatars have answered the call to assist. I am one of them. The basis of ‘it all’ is changing the vibration in and around us. As we purposefully change this energy field our cells, self and life rearranges to be more of what we want. One way to begin to bring about this change, and begin manifesting deliberately, is by moving ourselves into a better feeling place. Now this may prove somewhat frustrating for some especially if you don’t feel well or are in the midst of some experiences that are less than optimal. People have said, “Nori, how the heck am I supposed to jump from feeling bad because of my ____________ _ (fill in the blank) to feeling “happy” and “joyous?” It’s just too far of a leap!” The beginning answer is to take a deep breath, feel your breath. Please know that you it’s ok to experience some static with trying to make a change that appears just too big at this time. It is common. We all notice this as we teach ourselves this powerful art and science. Reading this will help you break the process down into manageable pieces and experience ease. The gut knot and stiff neck can melt away. This will be easier than trying to jump a chasm, because the focus is pulled into this moment Let’s deal with one moment at a time. Seek peace, not necessarily exuberant happiness--just peace--in this moment and then the next. As you do this, the rest will take care of itself. (I promise) OK, so how to do this… Begin with noting where you are and saying “OK, I am here, experiencing ____________ _ (fill in the blank) and I’d now like to feel/ be experiencing something else. Say it out loud several times. An energetic dropping of density is palpable with this simple step. Heaviness, tightness or blocks will fall away. Next consciously make the decision—choose- -to think of something that you like. Sound crazy? That’s OK hang with me here. You may be thinking: ‘Nori, how can thinking about my favorite color, my dog, children, God, grandchildren, fall leaves, that cute guy, spring flowers, stars, that cute gal, the ocean, sex, clouds, kittens, chocolate, dolphins, whipped cream, flowers, (etc.) help me change my current state of dis-ease?’ Well it does. Thoughts are vibratory frequency. We can discuss spirit and physics, talk about atoms, electrons, telomeres or your Higher Counterpart. And I will if you email me privately. Delving into that takes this precious now, and uses it for something else, which can be better used to get you feeling better. Please allow me to suggest trying the steps contained in here. When you decide that they work, if you still want to, we can discuss why. The part of the formula to creating Dynamic Health and Happiness (that in my opinion) needs to have more focus is HOW; the actual application of steps. So here is the how. 1. I’d like you to consciously note “where you “are at” and just say OK to it. Honor it. (As mentioned above) 2. Next, consciously choose to shift your focus to something else. (No matter how goofy this seems ;) It can be as simple and similar the list above. There was a time I was in so much pain all I could find to focus on that I liked was the weave in the blanket covering me. It worked! 3. Just do it and do it some more. PRACTICE and continue to practice until it becomes second nature. One of the Secrets and this is a Key to Manifesting Dynamic Health And Happiness is to REMEMBER to do the steps and then PRACTICE! Why is this so important? Because it works when we actively participate in the process. Not only does it work, but it works every time, just like math. Also, choosing our thoughts in a higher way takes the place of when we allowed our thoughts to run rampant. We have all built a history of not feeling the way and experiencing the things we really want to. This is called creating (manifesting) by default. Honor the results of default creating. They are what inspired, motivated, drove us to learn and apply manifesting skills. These skills/steps, however, are not passive. It is incumbent upon us to choose and use our will to initiate the action of Asking, Remembering and Practicing. Feeling better, and having the experiences that you desire are the results. This level will take you to the next. Getting proficient and consistent with these steps will naturally lead to Ask higher level questions on manifesting and creating the life, health and happiness you want. Soon--with consistency- -you will be manifesting things you only imagined before! I promise my most excellent promise; as you ASK, you will Always be given. Do the how--practice and you will Receive your desires. If manifesting steps were a sandwich, Asking and Receiving is the bread and “the how, the steps” are the meat. Now you have it. Take a big bite and be about changing your cells, self and life it the most wonderful ways!
