mum expired. [EVERYONE]

My son's gf of 5 months is 18 and graduating this year. My son is 16 still a sophomore She is moving to NY to got to the Art Institute. Her dad works for Delta and has offered free trips for my son to visit her. I told him I did'nt think it was a good idea for them to be tere alone, because he is younger and not as mature as I would like. I would consider it with a partent there. Do you think this is the right answer ? or am I being a prude?
