I have been having alot of things going on. My mom and dad are truckdrivers and are close to being in accidents all the time, my hubby is overseas in the warzone ( very proud of him by the way) and my grandma is in the hospital and has been there since jan 5 and don't think she will ever come home.. I am so stressed out i don't know what to do. Should I
a. go to dr and get meds to help me out with the stress and worry like antidepressants
b. figure something else out to do to calm my nerves and i don't mean drugs.
