| this is my situation...i'm co owner of a lounge but my title says lounge staff...with that i can't hire anyone without out saying "i 'll ask the owner to hire you tomarrow"...he's in another country and there is a 7 hour time diffrence and he's in the lounge maybe 1-2 hours a day...he wanted to shut down the lounge but after he left another person and myself have made some changes and think it's going to work this time...i can't authorize anything until he shows up and isn't going to change my title so i can finalize things without him...the changes are positive ones and we have hope it will work...so do i confront him again and ask him to change my title or should i move on and open up my own lounge as some people have suggested...i don't want to ruin our friendship but i want to be able to get things going forward...i got the impression that he's not changing my title...so now i'm stuck...he's a great person and means alot to me and don't want to ruin our friendship...so yes, i should approach him again or no, risk everything and open my own lounge...i'm really stuck on this one |
