Ok a while ago my aunt asked if she could borrow some money to help her with her electric bill and we signed an agreement that she would pay me $20.00 a month when she gets her checks and .... well she hasnt paid me nothing... She owes me $985.00.. I have been on her about paying me back and all she said is that she hasnt forgotten me,and she was making up excuses saying she doesnt have it right now.. so what should i do...
