| My best friend is going to court in december for a custody dispute with her ex husband and her ex husband is a friend of mine too and i told them both i did not want to be in the middle of their problems and they seemed to understand and except it. Well her ex husband saw an email from me to his sister in law talking about if i had seen my best friend back in August, well he got that email and gave me a subpoena from court even though i dont agree with my best friends decisions on keeping her ex husband for her son i did not want to be involved, i dont know what to do i dont want to betray my best friend but i have to, or i will get put in jail for contempt. The question is what should i do any suggestions would help.... |
