This is tricky to word so I hope it makes sense:
Out of your complete music collection that you own, what percentage do you feel actually gets major Radio Airplay?
Lets give an example:
Right off hand I know a couple of bands I OWN music by are Fu Manchu and Crowbar, and I know they NEVER get airplay on any major market radio stations in my area. So they are in the percentage of my collection that DO NOT get airplay.
Also, I know that I OWN Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin cd's, and they get a little airplay on classic rock stations nearby. So they are in my percentage that DO get airplay.
The idea is to look over your music catalog, and make a judgment call on the percentage that DO get airplay versus the ones who DO NOT get airplay in your area. I know our radio markets will vary, so it won't be completely accurate, but this is just a research question. Remember, this applies to music that you DO OWN and HAVE BOUGHT. Not really mp3s, unless you've paid for them.
I'm going to set this up to be "less than 50%" or "greater than 50%".
Feel free to complain about radio, sound off about your favorite artists, or so forth. My poll is also your forum! TESTIFY!!!
