Soooooo, this group I belong to has an issue. We have an issue that threatens to divide our group. The issue has to do with our property owner making a decision that has to do with what the owner beliefs is a liability issue, while our group believes it to be a personal attack. The problem is both sides are not wrong, and both sides have a point.
I fear that this one problem may cause both sides to split. I have made a point to talk to many different people, to get every point of view. Some are more level headed then others, some outright hate the other side. I just want to get to work. The hardest thing in the world is keeping a level head, and moving forward at the same time.
I have heard my name being involved in both sides, I understand things from a business point of view, but I also understand things from a group point of view. We will have to hash the whole thing out, I just wander what things will look like when the dust settles. Should be interesting........
