warning to those of you that have vonage or are thinking of hooking up with them......i have had them for the past couple of months and have made several attempts to pay my bill...but either the site is not accepting my password and any new pw they give me or when i call they refuse my payment by phone even though they know that my acct with them is messed up and wont let me log in...just today my husband has called them 5 times and asked them to call me since all i could do at the moment was receive a call...and they refused saying they are not allowed to make calls to the customers but yet have called me several times over the past few days about my acct..and each time has been notified that i cannot access my acct that its not accepting my pw....but still refuse to let me make a payment by phone...today was my 5th attempt in 3 weeks to make payment to them......so folks do beware of how they are
