We all have had long waits in the doctors office. Appointmnts don't start the clock running, showing up early doesn't help and showing up late removes you from the appointment book. What's the solution for the patient? Why would they think our time is not important? I take my mom for her 9:40 appointment, arriving at 9:25 and finally saw the doctor at 12:00..my mom is 91 years old. The appointment last 4 minutes. So should I find her another doctor or stay with the current doctor?
