                The Stopper in American Politics and Social Change for The Last 50 Years has been Primarily "The Budget"

         By Lieing about Revenue From The Domestic and International American Tax base, The Treasury Department and The Federal Reserve Can (and Do in my opinion) Underfund States and Individuals as far as Public Schools, Programs for The Poor, Infra-Structure Up-Grade, and Lastly Economic Stimulus (and Thereby Stability) For The Free Market Economy.

       The Suffering This causes is The Crime. The Symptoms are Angry, Socially Reactionary and Cladestinely Isolated People: Socially Cold, Frightened, Uncertain of Survival to Some degree, No Matter how wealthy.

       Poverty AND The Threat of It Pushes People to The Self-Centered and Self-Preservationist Thinking, ; Fear also Breeds Anger, Crime and Other extremist activity is more often resorted to in order to Make a Living. In Order To Make A Living.

       The Threat of Poverty is a Phobia like Concept That All Americans Have; to some degree; either in the forefront or the back of our minds on a daily basis. Poverty or Catastrophic Loss.

        Mortal Worry of the Future Destroys The Now and To a great degree, Emotionally, Most Americans are Not as Well or Successful as They Could Be.

         The Disservice and Dis-ministration of Our Truly Enormous Tax Bases, Suffers All of These Situations on Every Ordinary Work-a-Day American and Fouls and Makes Less Good American Life in General.
