There have been several people who have left the turf and  as much as it does bother me I have to draw some lines here...

I would really like all of us active players to get together as soon as possible and discuss how we would like things to go in our turf ...

What expectations do we have of our turf members

How do we handle conflicts from outside the turf and within

Tonight we had some people leave, I had tried many times to explain that I didnt want unnecessary heat brought down on the turf as a whole...

I dont see a need to antagonize turfs or the use of vulgar language...

if they come into our home we have a right to defend it but there are also limits there, one thing we don't need to do is go looking for trouble in other turfs ecspecially without cause or reason  we dont need to disrespect others just cuz its funny...Like the name of our turf Id like to see us rise from the ashes  and show people that we can play this game with a sense of respect as well as fun, but we need to do this as a whole.

We are a small turf and bringing down extra heat on us isnt necessary .. being a small turf we will get enough heat just because we are small

But

I would really like to hear from all of you on your ideas of what direction you would like to see the turf go in

 I may be the boss ( I really hate that term lol ) but we are only as strong as our weakest link, and I cant do this without all of you.

I also openly admit that at times I can be difficult lol but we all have our  days, our moments, I can only guarantee that I will do what I can when I can. Perfection is not one of my strong suits lol, and making everyone happy is not easy, but if we can come up with some common ground to work with I think that no matter what our size is we can be strong.

If you decide to leave the turf plz dont just disappear, talk to me Im not gonna hate you or anything... if something is bothering you about the turf or something I have done ... talk to me... Im more reasonable when I know what is going on

It will take time for us to stable out and it will take time to be who we want to be as a turf, and until then it will go by trial and error  so please be patient, active and contribute thoughts, ideas so we can grow, growth is more than looking at the numbers it is about working together teaching and learning, we all have something to teach and learn and when we can do that without tude or hard feelings  we will be strong... I want yall to know that every day yall teach me something  and I thank you for that

So lets do this and make it work ;)
