Hiya sweets. For what you want to do,you don't even have to do weight training. You just need to do cardio. Try doing an eliptical or stepper for 45 min 3-4 timesa week. Then of course you cant eat bad food....lol. I am not a rnner so I never run on a treadmill but if you like that you can do that too. Im not built for distance running, kills my knees so thats why I stick with elipticals and steppers. Better workout for my legs too.Anything else just ask.
