This past September I decided to try to put Tristen into a preschool to get thim ready for school in September. I am a stay at home mom and enjoy spending lots of time with my kids but Tristen is having a bit of a speech problem. So I was told the best thing for him is to be in a preschool. So after trying to call preschools to get him on a waiting list I finally got pissed off and went right the my local YMCA to put him on the preschool waiting list. To find out that he can start right away. I am on ontario works so I also have to apply for subsidy to help pay for preschool costs. So I called subsidy yesterday to make an appointment for Monday the 15th at 2:30pm I am preapproved. I called the preschool back to let them know I have appointment and get a list of the things Tristen will need. They tell me indoor shoes, backpack, swim shorts, towel, change of clothes and water wings. They got swimming Tuesdays at the YMCA pool. With my luck I have a hard time trying to find a place with water wings. Finally find one and now I sit here and think to myself as if I am putting him in preschool will he think I love him less because I dont want to be with him all the time. Know like I said before I am a stay at home mom and am with my children all the time. If I happen to go to the mall I take a kid with me. I know Tristen want think I love him less but its kinda hard to let your kids go. I know in September I have to deal with him going to school but thats still months away. I have to let Tristen go to preschool to better his speech. I just had to get this off my chest. I am still not sure what day next week he will start but I will most likely end up posting another blog when I find out more. So for those of yous that have gone though or are going to go though what I am please let me know. This is my first born maybe thats why its so hard. Well now that I have this off my chest I feel a little bit better. So I hope everyone has a good day I am taking off to take Tristen shopping for the other things he needs. Talk to you all after.
