I'm gonna try to make this short but with as much detail as possible...
My brother is in this relationship with a girl that got pregnant pretty much right after they started dating. She was getting my brother arrested all the time and trying to put us all against each other by harassing myself, my cousin, my sister, and my mother. In a way we kinda had to turn our backs on them due to her immaturity.
This morning @ 5am my brother called me from jail asking me to send him money to get him out. Mind you they live in Chicago and I live outside of D.C. I told him that I couldn't help at the moment cuz Western Union wasn't open yet. Well his girlfriend just called me (*cringes*) telling me the bail had been upped from $100 to $200 and she only has about $75.
I have a feeling that this is some sob story just to try to get money and I'm not sure what to do.
Should I just be the good sister and help out my brother regardless of the situation
or...
Hope that letting him sit in jail will make his ass learn to be an adult |
