It's damn 9:30 at night here and the freaking neighbor kids are outside yelling and being obnoxious. I've already requested once tonight that they keep it down because my son is trying to get to sleep.
Should I just stick my head out the window and yell at them this time (since I've already asked nicely and this isn't the first night I've had to remind them that just because it's still light out doesn't mean people aren't trying to sleep)
