Okay so I have been thinking alot about this lately. And today marks the rest of my life. I am seriously going to lose weight. Not just to look better and feel better about myself but also for my health and for my son. I want to live a long life and to see my great grand babies. And the only way I will be able to do that is to lose weight and eat healthier and exercise and eventually quit smoking but baby steps first. So my goal is to lose 100 lbs, I am not giving myself a date to lose that much because I don't want to set myself up for disappointment. So i started by a morning walk and a low carb breakfast. I will keep you up with my progress as the time goes, but any support you can give me is greatly appreciated!
