Okay heres the situation.

I received a wal-mart money order and it can in a fedx envelope. It didn't say where it was from or who sent it to me. I cashed it cause it have me name on it. Later on i got a call from the back stating that the money order was fraud and i need to pay the money back. A privite investgator came to my house askin me questions about the money order and to see if i had a machine that i could make the money orders myself. And they think that i stole the money order and sent them to myself. Very Funny! So now i have to go to court cause the bank doesnt believe that it was not me. So should i countier sue?

P.S. I really need your help on this one and i can really due without the smart a** remarks this is serious!
