So here is the deal, my roomate was starting to date a really cool chick, invited her to a party at our house and left her here for 3 days while seeing another chick and brought her to the house too, (yes in front of the first one)

Question is would it be wrong for me to start seeing the first one since we both are into each other or is it the case of I shouldnt cause of my friend/roomate?
