so at the adult novelty store that i manage, i have a problem with one of my girls, she likes throwing little temper tantrums and frankly i don't know how much more of the shit i can take. yesterday i made the schedule and told the girl who was working the mid shift that she would be working with me next sunday, she said that was more than ok, however tonight she said that she wanted that day off because it's her birthday...normally at any time i would have done anything i could to make sure she had her birthday off but it's a no request week due to valentine's and it's the only time i could schedule her....
so the whole night tonight, she's throwing a temper tantrum and being a little bitch towards me, going out every 10 minutes for a cigarette or getting something to eat, things she's been known for doing before i became her manager...she was lazy the entire night, didn't help me do shit, i've had enough!! i've told my boss about problems with her before...should i just blow this off or should i call my boss monday when i get to work so i can get her off my staff and replace her with someone who IS willing to be a big help during the most important week of the year? |
