| I have posted a MUMM about this in the past about my asshole neighbor taking his dog (Rottweiler) for walk without any leash. Despite the warnings, he did not listen and just this morning we heard that the dog bit an elderly person while he was on his morning walk. Many of the fellow residents have gathered together and decided to file complaint against the dog owner and have the dog confiscated or he should pay for the entire treatment of the elder person who was bitten. But I think this punishment is far too less. Should I file a suit against the neighbor and teach him a lesson or let the fellow residents handle it their own way ? |
