YRCW will fail.Not maybe,for sure. I will not bore you with numbers or predictions or maybe scenarios.The reason is simple ATTITUDE.
The attitude of management at this company is reprehensive. I am not referring to Zollars and company. They are multi millionaries who will survive financially if not EGOally.
It is the middle managers and dispatchers who are putting the dagger into the heart of the company. How?
1. You have a an issue with the Teamsters.Call it envy, jealousy,or whatever you cannot tolerate the attitude from the people that actually perform the work. It is an attitude YOU GAVE BIRTH TO!
2. Zollars froze your pension.BOO HOO. He has a responsibilty to the shareholders doesn't he? Is that not what you tell your people when you screw them?
3.You kill any hope of a team atmosphere. You are arrogant.Why? What are you proud of? You cannot make a decision without CDO or Kansas approving. You ask PERMISSION for everything. Most high school children could do your job.
4.You have no true workplace friends. They will cut your throat to protect themselves or promote same. Yes it is true.Why? They like you are cowards at heart.
5.Your work ethics suck. Lazy. Fat. Slow. Do just the absolute mininum.Your use of profanity and insults towards the people that you need to perform are enormous.
6.Your attitude towards customers. Treated as a bother instead of the reason for being here. I spoke with the head of shipping at a large customer. They said our competitors had sent salespeople to see them. From Yellow they just got rates that were too high from a computer.Lazy.Fat.Slow.Losers.
7.You need to look into your actual place on the totem pole. If you are working at a terminal behind the counter, you are UNSKILLED LABOR. Look it up. There is no special licensing required to do your job. Degree? What for? Do you need a degree to call CDO?
8.When Yellow folds you will still be fat. lazy.slow. You will have been the supervisors of the titantic.Your skills MUST have been lacking,look what happened to the company!
By the way, those Teamsters will be able to continue working, maybe not for the same package,but the professional license they hold carries over to the next employer.
The bell will not toll for Mr. Zollars. It is muffled by CASH. It will toll for you wrapped in your arrogance.Remember this, when you piss off a Teamster, they stay pissed most of the day.Funny huh? The hilarious part is they are spending their day thinking about just one thing. Screwing you. Just you. What you should ask is if they are trying to get to me are they really getting to the customers? You have a degree right?
