Job Objective :
The objective of The Genocydal Empyre Omega is very simple. If the mainstream won't do it, can't do it or is afraid of doing it, call us because we can do it, we will do it and we're used to doing it.
Mission Statement:
The Genocydal Empyre Omega's mission is to bring into full view the ideas, opinions and belief systems of the mainstream media and question it until the questions are answered in full and with satisfactory answers. At the same time, we promote the bands, writers, and filmmakers that express controversial views and give listeners a full understanding. We seek to inform as well as entertain and to offer our services in full to those who want or need it.
Job Qualifications/Education:
Good team work and communication, charisma, great oratory skills, flexibility during the show, fast responses in IMs, having an abundance of music to fill those requests and working knowledge of programs like SAM, mp3 Gain, Adobe Audition, etc.

We feature a segment by our executive producer and manager, Lady Misty Genocyde, entitled Millennium Omega, which deals with the divine/paranormal/occult takes on End Of The World philosophies and predictions. The material is usually dark, sometimes disturbing, and can be construed as religiously controversial.

Ok, if you've made it this far then obviously you like what you see. There are a few more things that we will need to cover first and I'll list these by point, not necessarily by priority.
1. We Do Not Censor: This means our guests, our music or ourselves... ever and it's non-negotiable.
2. Content Stays As Is: Refer to number 1 but with a minor addition. Until we're being paid, we don't go format. We have literally built the show this way. If something were wrong with it, it wouldn't still be airing.
3. We Touch Touchy Subjects: We make our stances clear and we do not apologize for them. If others do not have the intestinal fortitude to stick up for what they believe in, it's their problem and until I can be shown where it's mine, I stand where I do, no exceptions.
4. The Schedule Is Going To Alternate: My job allows me to have every other weekend off. I have no control over this and, since it's the best paying thing around, it will have to do.
5. We Play Many Forms of Music: We primarily play alternative rock and industrial and most of it's underground... in fact about 90% of it's underground. We deviate from this on occasion... mercilessly so. It happens. It will continue to happen.
6. Advertising/Public Support: We will only endorse products that we have USED. We will not be expected to lie to audiences. If I don't know a thing about it, I'm not going to act like I do. If the sponsor can let me try out the product and it works, then I'll tell the audience what I know about it. If they're so big they can't do it, what are they doing being advertised on internet radio of all places?
7. Total Honesty: If I think I can do better, I'm not only going to let you know, I'm going to ask to at least let me have a crack at it. If I flop then it's all on me. Any way it goes, I'm honest. I don't candy coat things to spare feelings. I call it like I see it. I'm an asshole only when I need to be. Any type of criticism I give is usually constructive and, if I feel I'm right, I will say so and I'll keep saying it and keep getting louder until someone listens. I'm not the type to just sit around taking orders and blindly following them. If I ask questions, I want to understand. If I think the answers are bullshit, I'll offer suggestions. I'm honest to the point of being blunt but I'm straightforward and I won't lie to you, all I ask is the same in return.
8. We Intend To Seek Out More Stations: We believe in total media saturation/syndication. We're not going to be exclusive to just one station. Many can benefit from what we have to offer in a radio show and that's what we're going to bring about.
9. Personal Life/Work Issues: Everything I do online is under an alias. I have a work life, a personal life and a radio life. Those three might overlap somewhat but I do things this way to keep the worlds from colliding. I have damned good reasons for doing things this way. I don't expect anyone to understand them, just respect that boundary. If I bring it up, different story, that's me talking about it and it can be up for grabs.
10. We're Not Howard Stern: We won't be just some cheap mindless Howard Stern Knock-Offs that play metal and just say "Fuck" every other sentence. We talk about real issues and we play real music. Simple enough.
These are ten big factors with me. These have proven to be problematic with a station or two (one of which I'm not mentioning, I don't even want the guy as a reference primarily because he violated the ninth cardinal rule with me) during the time I've done 'net radio. With every station, the decision to leave has been mine and mine alone. I HAVE NEVER BEEN FIRED FROM ONE. Ever.
