WOW I SPEND ALL DAY WITH PERSONEL IN THE MILITARY FRIDAY AND I BOUGHT EVERYTHING IN FROM WHAT BOTH EX'S DID IN COURT AS WELL WHAT ALL THE WOMAN ON THE WALL OF SHAME OF AMERICA AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM HOW I SO SICK OF THIS STUFF HAPPENING AND I WANT TO BE A EXAMPLE TO MAKE A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER AND FOR FUTURE SOLDIERS NOT TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE BY USING ALL MY SITUATIONS AS EXAMPLES TO FIGHT FOR THE CAUSE TO MAKE LAWS SO TOUGH THAT IT STOP WOMAN AND PEOPLE LIKE THIS FROM DOING THINGS AND THAT A LAW BE PASSED THAT THEY BE MARK SO THE REST OF THE WORLD KNOWS WHAT THEY DID AND WHAT KIND OF PERSON THEY REALLY ARE AND THAT IT KEEPS OTHERS FROM GETTING HURT BY THEM. NOW THEY AGREE WHAT I GONE THROUGH BY OTHERS IS NOT COOL OR IS NOT NICE AT ALL AND THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE THE VICTOM OF OTHERS. THAT WE RISK OUR LIFE FOR THIS COUNTRY AND THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE AND WHAT THESE PEOPLE DID AND DO TO OTHERS IS NOT THE WAY THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE IS SUPPOSE TO BE. WE NEED TO FORCE THE LAWS TOUGHER AND PUNISHED THEM FOR LIEING TO COURTS LEADING PEOPLE ON GOLD DIGGING AND MENTALLY ABUSING PEOPLE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES EMOTIONS AND CARING HEARTS, THESE PEOPLE THAT DO THIS STUFF NEED TO BE PUNISHED AND MARKED JUST LIKE SEX AFFENDERS ARE AND THIS WAY I PROMISE IF THIS WAS DONE THERE WOULD NOT MANY PEOPLE TO TAKE THE CHANCE TO FACE THE CONGUENCES FOR THERE ACTION. I BEEN TO MANY OF DIFFERENT COUNTRYS AND THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ISSUES WE HAVE IN OURS AND WHAY IS THAT THE LAWS AND PUNISHMENT IS SO SERIOUS AND TOUGH THAT KNOW ONE WANTS TO FACE THEM. AND THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE IN ARE COUNTRY THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE AND AS WELL THE GOOD CARING LOVING GIVING BIG HEART PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE LEAD TO BE COMING COLD HEARTED AND HAVE TO CHANGE THERE WAYS JUST BECUASE THERE THE ONES ALWAYS GETTING BURNT OR HURT. AND I AM WORKING ON THIS FIGHT USING ALL MY SITUAION I HAVE FACE WITH THE 2 EX'S AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE AND WOMAN THAT I HAVE HAD THESE BAD EXPERIENCES WITH TO MAKE A EXAMPLE OUT OF THEM THAT THIS IS WHY WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING AND WE NEED TO DO IT QUICK. I AM USING THE PRESS, INTERENT , ALL MILITARY SUPPORTS GROUPS AND AS WELL CONGRESS AND THE LAW MAKERS IN THE STATES TO MAKE A CHANGE AND TO MAKE A EXAMPLE OUT OF THESE PEOPLE AND WOMAN THAT I CONSIDER THE PEOPLE OF THE WALL OF SHAME OF A AMERICA. WHAT MAKES AMERICA LOOK BAD AND GIVE US A BAD NAME. SO TO ALL MY FRIENDS THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND WE WILL WIN TRUST ME THE GOOD PEOPLE ALWAYS COME OUT AHEAD AND THAT IS BECUASE CARMA PUNISHED THE BAD PEOPLE AND AWARDS THE GOOD PEOPLE. The other half of the story of the year 2005-2006
While Scott was deployed in Iraq again in the year 2005-2006, same year Gayle Bauman stripped him of the rights to his son another woman Keri Rebecca whom he was married to at the time was on the news for child abuse and child neglect in the town of Clarksville , Tennessee. A 2 year old girl was left home alone from the hours of 10pm to 6 am her mother, Keri, was at the club with some friends who were all later found in Scott’s 2002 Mazda Protégé totaled by a drunk individual who did not have permission to drive his vehicle. Can you guess who? If you guessed Keri Rebecca you got it right. She had a vehicle of her own but wanted to take Scott’s nice car out on the town. Now she did not have permission to drive it and she had let the insurance lapse on it. So this left Scott in a bind, a totaled car, no insurance to cover the damages and loss of a vehicle. What that can do to your credit report…not good.
When Scott saw the report in Iraq on the news channel about his wife at the time, Keri Rebecca, leaving the 2yr old home alone in their condo, Scott was devastated and called immediately. His phone was answered by a police officer who explained the situation to him. He stated to Scott that the 2 yr old girl was found outside the condo by a neighbor and that the house was littered with used condemns, alcohol bottles and rotten food.
This woman Keri Rebecca is suppose to give the totaled/wrecked 2002 Mazda Protégé, $13,000.00 dollars for the damages to the vehicle, $4,000.00 for personal property taken by Keri, and $5,000.00 for Scott’s attorney fees. A grand total of one 2002 Mazda protégé and $22,000.00 which Scott has not seen since the incident occurred.
How much can one soldier endure while serving his duty for our country? A lot because of unfortunately he is paying all his debt that should have been paid by Keri. He had to get a vehicle to drive so he did that by taking over payments for a friend who could no longer afford that vehicle and Scott could not get one with his credit rating. Scott’s credit is still an issue for him to get it back to were it should be. But for a man who has been used by 2 women while being deployed for our benefit should we not stand up and say enough is enough no man, woman, civilian or military should endure such issues when it was not that individual who did the damages. Those who have ran from their responsibilities should be held accountable for their actions.

THIS IS BEING SENT TO ALL NEWS STATION, PAPERS, TALK SHOWS, MILITARY SUPPORT GROUPS, AND ALL OVER THE INTERNET BY ME AND ALL YOU AMERICAN SUPPORTS I ALWAYS CAN USE MORE SUPPORTERS TO DO THERE PART.
I am using my example of these situations to get it out to the American people. Why do I this? Well this is a big problem in our legal system and I need to make a change for the better as well as use the people involved as an example to send to the world a message that this is not allowed and you will be punished for your actions. What is my intent? The proposal is this, we soldiers are willing to die for the American way of life to make it better for everyone who lives in this great country and we American soldiers are human, this is why our rights should not be taken away. Why should we have to be the victim of others and their crimes, lies and actions when we are doing what we were suppose to be doing for our country and the American people? The judge Lisa K. Page and Gayle Bauman attorney firm Breeze, Roberts, Ponder-Bates, Wooten & Zimmer, L.L.C. Festus, Missouri 63028 are examples of the problems we face in the failure of our legal system. When the firm was apart of the scream and lie under oath that brought the protection order and after proving in court that she lying under oath the judge swept it under the rug. Still followed Gayle Buaman request. Instead of mine, which was filing charges of lying under oath (perjury) in the MO, court. This is a law and is punishable under the law lying under oath. You can look up on google.com and see the punishment these are the kind of people we should not allow to be in this kind of power? Gayle Bauman and Kerrie Grey are able commit these acts of perjury lying under oath and get away with these acts. Kerrie’s actions as you read in the papers did a number of crimes that should not have been allowed to break the law. She should be held accountable for the damages and costs that she has acquired.
I have talked to some of the most powerful people in the military and they all back me and understand my actions to take this national, to the Americans and taxpayers about my situation this is unlawful and should be made right. This situation wastes my time, the taxpayer’s time, and the military time by having me go to defending my self for crimes and accusations that I never did in the first place while I was in Iraq doing my job for America.
The military knows that I am so fed up with all of this. Now I want America and the world to see our problem by showing you the people that I mentioned above as the example. My situation will make a difference so that a change in the system will protect and enforce the laws for our soldiers as well as the good people of America. Through the legal system, people are to be honest under oath, by doing things fair and the right way. Pressure should be put on the lawyers as well as the elected judges in these positions to do the right thing and to punish the ones that lie under oath by not allowing it to be swept under the rug.
The military knows that I am about to open Pandora’s Box. This situation has been sent up to Washington D.C. and I let the chain of command and government know of my actions are not for selfish or wrong reasons. However, the right reasons so that the American way of life is for all.
Those who read this you can be one more that stands up for the soldiers and good people of America. Let us make a change for the better for everyone and send a message out there to the ones that are doing wrong. We are not playing or putting up with it because you will pay the price for your actions. U.S. soldiers will not stop doing our job for the country and America no matter what and I as an American soldier will keep deploying and defending the American way of life.
I have nothing but the American’s and the military supporting my efforts and who are very proud that I am willing to fight to make it right for all. They are doing nothing but giving me gratitude towards my attempts and backing me up all the way to Washington D.C. to win this fight and send a message to the world that this will not be allowed nor tolerated.
For reference just look what happened to the ones that have done wrong in my situation. This the message I will send to AMERICANS by using my situation as you see firsthand what I will fight to make sure that Gayle Bauman and Kerrie Grey get punished under the law as they should do. In addition, that Gayle Bauman attorney firm and the judge get appropriate action taken against them to not follow and in force the law. Finally yet importantly, to get the laws to change to make sure this never happens again. In addition, to get things back to the court and state it was in the first place before these laws and swindles were done to get the MO, court involved in the first place.
